3. Open the key file with Wordpad, select the contents, paste it into the Microsoft

Certificate Services website,

and click Submit.

4. Go to the Microsoft

Certification Authority Management console and sign the certificate request.

5. To download the signed certificate, go to the Microsoft

Certificate Services download page for signed

certificates, select Base 64 encoded, and click Download certificate.

6. In the File Download dialog box, select Save This File to Disk, and click OK.
