With PALLADION, IPTEGO offers Level 1 and Level 2 operators a unique solution to

enable them to monitor and optimize their NGN (next generation telephony network).

PALLADION offers operators visibility on everything that happens on the SIP network

enabling them to detect problems and anomalies in real time

and trigger events on the network that can automatically solve these problems.

PALLADION is compatible with all SIP protocols and their variants and with all

infrastructures (NGN, pre-IMS, IMS, LTE and VoIP). It is deployed in non-obtrusive

mode, connected to the network by a mirrored port on the switch, but it can also be

placed in cut- through configuration. In both cases, it can be used to monitor and

analyze signaling flows and RTP flows.

PALLADION can be used by first level support personnel and technical or marketing

teams. In particular, it enables you to reduce the operational costs of exploitation,

monitor Suality of Service (QoS), improve client satisfaction by rapidly solving their

problems, increase revenue with the creation of innovative complementary

applications and detect fraud attempts.

PALLADION is configured via a web interface. In most environments, 30 to 40 minutes

are enough to install and configure PALLADION, and it can then start solving problems.

PALLADION is a 100% software product, which is installed on standard servers. It is

built from A to Z on a modern and open architecture using the very latest generation

technologies and supports all next generation networks and network components,

whatever the supplier. It can be deployed on the operator's own network and in SAAS

mode for small operators or large businesses. It offers an extremely easy to use

interface, which does not require extensive knowledge of communication protocols. It

is extendable and open and has an integrated scripting API. It is therefore possible to

extend the functionalities at any time, as soon as the need occurs. A large number of

interfaces based on open standards enables you to integrate PALLADION easily into

existing or future OSS/BSS systems.

PALLADION enables operators to significantly increase their ROI,

because it simultaneously offers functions of:

• Monitoring - to thoroughly control network equipment and terminal equipment

at the user level, while at the same time providing a vision of the network, with

statistics, KPIs and global measurements, load, fraud and quality of service

indicators.

• Troubleshooting - to identify, find and solve problems encountered on the

network and application layers.

• Interoperability - to facilitate the interconnection of systems, network

equipment and applications on NGNs.

• Service Improvement - to anticipate and react thanks to alert messages and so

prevent problems that may occur in Client service.

• Global display with the possibility of a detailed zoom on the data in the entire

network in real time

• Detailed history and trace of all calls

• Recording and trace of all the anomalies

• Statistics on the SIP terminal equipment (IAD, CPE)
